First time trying surfing and it could not have been a better experience! I got up and surfed with their expert guidance. The beach in Sayulita seems ideal for first timers as well. Cielo and her assistant instructor Melanie were both helpful and I would definitely come back to learn more.

Outstanding!!

Cielo and Melanie gave us the best surf lessons we’ve ever received. Our 10 and 13 year olds loved the experience and caught a bunch of waves. All of us paddling and catching waves on our own by the end of the session is proof of their excellent approach to teaching, including the theory of surfing. An amazing thrill on a beautiful beach! Definitely go to surf and roll - a small, local female-owned surf shop.

Cielo is a gem of a human being and incredible surf instructor. She taught me how to surf for the first time when I came to Sayulita last year. I returned and worked with her again to advance my skill level even more this year. She’s kind and down to earth. I can’t recommend working with her or anyone at Surf n roll more.

AMAZING SURFING LESSON !

This was an amazing surfing lesson and plenty of time in the water to practice catching waves! we had wonderful teachers, Martin and Cynthia. they were patient, encouraging, and great to hang outwith while waiting for the next wave to catch.
We would highly recommend an experience with them !
